The Monolith's Call

An imposing object looms over the town. Those who look at it long enough say they feel a vague... call from it, beckoning them to approach if they so wish.

If you asked me why I approached, I might have tried to excuse it as mere curiosity about the structure. But I would have been lying. It called to me, and I wanted nothing more than to answer it.
